Your company has chosen ALD Automotive as its vehicle fleet partner. We offer all the services required to ensure you are well looked after as a driver. If you have any questions regarding your company car, we will be there for you.

The driver‘s manual provides all the key information you need to take advantage of our services easily and quickly. To enable us to ensure smooth handling of all claims, please observe the information it contains as well as the vehicle manufacturer‘s user manual.

Fuel and Charge Card Service - Completely without cash

For cashless payments of petrol, electric fuel and many other vehicle-related services (such as lubricants, vehicle cleaning, tax sticker, antifreeze, toll charges …) the following fuel cards are available:

OMV Card + OMV E-Mobility Card

The OMV Card with ROUTEX function is accepted at OMV and other petrol stations as part of the ROUTEX alliance including ARAL, BP, ENI and CIRCLE K.

With the OMV E-Mobility Card, suitable for use with electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, you can - in addition to the functions of the normal Shell Card - also recharge your batteries. The E-Mobility Card is accepted throughout Austria in the entire SMATRICS network.

Optionally, a roaming tariff is available that enables the use of charging points from partners such as Wien Energie, EVN, KELAG, Linz AG, Energie AG, Energie Burgenland, Energie Graz, Energie Steiermark, and Vorarlberg Kraftwerke. In addition, electricity can also be purchased abroad from European partners such as IONITY and the German providers EnBW, Innogy, Ladenetz.de.

BP FUEL & CHARGE Card

These fuel and charging cards are accepted at over 230 BP locations and at a further 700 acceptance partners throughout Austria.

Shell Card + Shell E-Mobility Card

With the Shell Card you can use around 300 stations from Shell and IQ in Austria - and a total of around 22,000 stations from Shell and many foreign partners throughout Europe.
Shell is constantly working to offer you an even larger network of petrol stations with selected partners, e.g. soon through a partnership with ENI.

With the Shell E-Mobility Card, suitable for use with electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, you can recharge your batteries at over 8,000 charging points in Austria - in addition to the functions of the normal Shell Card.
The Shell E-Mobility Card is accepted nationally and internationally in the entire network of NewMotion, which as a Shell subsidiary is also the provider of what is currently the largest charging network in Europe with around 160,000 charging points.

Charging infrastructure for home and business

In order to be able to use electromobility sensibly, charging options are required in your company and/or at your home as a driver. Together with our experienced partners SMATRICS and NewMotion, we are happy to advise you on the topics of infrastructure and billing options.

The fuel and charge cards are easy to use:

  • The card will be swiped through the card reader at the till.
  • Your card has a personal ID number (PIN-code). Enter your PIN.
  • The card reader accepts your data once you have entered your vehicle’s mileage.
  • Check the amount on the sales receipt and sign it, if necessary.
  • You will be given a copy of the sales receipt for your records.

Important information for using your fuel and charge cards:

  • Always enter the current mileage of your vehicle in the card reader. When filling up a replacement car, please enter 999999.
  • Report the loss or theft of a fuel card immediately by sending an e-mail to driver-service.at@aldautomotive.com.
  • If you enter an incorrect PIN-number three times, your fuel card will be temporarily blocked. It is not necessary to report a blocked card to ALD Automotive; it will be activated again automatically after 24 hours.

 

Technical Service - All-round professional service

With the ALD Automotive order form you can use maintenance and wear-and-tear repair services without cash.

Please note the following:

  • This work must be carried out by a repair shop authorised by the manufacturer.
  • The maintenance intervals prescribed by the manufacturer in the vehicle documents must be adhered to.
  • Fill in an ALD Automotive order form and when taking your vehicle there, hand it over to the repair shop.
  • The services are always billed through ALD Automotive.

Tyre Service - All-round professional service

With the ALD Automotive order form, you can buy winter and summer tyres and rims without cash. The tyre set you don’t currently need can be stored with ALD Automotive tyre partners.

Please note the following:

  • Tyres can only be received from ALD Automotive tyre partners.
  • Fill in an ALD Automotive order form and hand it over to the tyre partner.
  • The services are always billed through ALD Automotive.

Claims Management - We take care of everything

In case of a damage, please proceed as follows:

  • Report each claim including an accident report, damage report or police report confirmation by e-mail to versicherung.at@aldautomotive.com.
  • Repairs to bodywork and glass damage must be carried out by one of the ALD Automotive partner repair shops on the list.
  • Repair orders may only be placed by ALD Automotive.
  • Replacement vehicles during the repair are provided by the ALD Automotive partner repair shops.
  • The services are invoiced through ALD Automotive.

Road Assistance - There for you around the clock

In case of accident, breakdown or theft, ALD Automotive Road Assistance is available around the clock on 365 days a year throughout Europe.

ALD Automotive Road Assistance offers comprehensive support to maintain your mobility:

  • Mobility and roadside assistance
  • Towing/recovery
  • Return transport
  • Spare parts delivery
  • Overnight accommodation costs
  • Replacement vehicle
  • Credit for security deposits and legal fees abroad

Please note that services will only be rendered subject to arrangement over the telephone and with the agreement of ALD Automotive Road Assistance.

 

ALD Flex - Your car for short-term use

With ALD Flex, you can use a car spontaneously whenever you need it. You have access to immediately available vehicles with terms as low as only one day.

Please note the following:

  • Booking enquiries must be made by an authorised person in your company (e.g. a fleet manager).
  • Booking requests must be emailed to aldflex.at@aldautomotive.com.

For all booking requests, please provide the following information:

  • Name of the driver
  • Daytime telephone number
  • Preferred vehicle category
  • Preferred collection location
  • Date and time of collection
  • Rental term

 

Vehicle Return - The easy way

You have two options for returning the vehicle:

  • At one of our return points located throughout Austria
  • From a company site/dealership

Please check the options open to you with an authorised person in your company (e.g. a fleet manager).

Please note the following important information:

  • Contact us by e-mail (fahrzeugrueckgabe.at@aldautomotive.com) at least four working days before you plan to return the vehicle..
  • Please make sure the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and clean inside and out when you return it.
  • You must also return all documents and other items that were provided with the vehicle. The following checklist will be helpful:
Vehicle return checklist:
    • Registration
    • Red license plate (if present)
    • MOT sticker, report in accordance with § 57a
    • Road tax disk confirmation (coupon)
    • All keys
    • Service leaflet and instructions
    • Second tyre set, wheel trim caps, spare tyre
    • Boot cover, removeable seats
    • Radio code card, navigation CD/DVD
    • Fuel card(s)
    • Missing damage reports

When picking up/returning the vehicle, a return report will be drawn up jointly with you, detailing the appearance of the car. Find here a list of damages we accept and don't accept.

If you are interested in purchasing your company car, we are happy to make you a non-binding offer.

Please note that it is not possible to buy the vehicles after the return.
