Maartje van Tongeren is the new Managing Director of ALD Automotive | LeasePlan in Austria
As of 1 May 2024, Dutch-born Maartje van Tongeren was appointed Managing Director of ALD Automotive I LeasePlan in Austria. She succeeds Klaudija Časar Torkar, who is devoting herself to new tasks outside the Ayvens Group.
Maartje van Tongeren, 43, holds an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. She started her career at ING Group in 2004. After holding various positions in procurement at well-known companies such as Staples and Achmea, one of the largest financial service providers in the Netherlands, she joined LeasePlan Netherlands as Procurement Director in 2015. Since 2019, she has been part of the local management team as Director Service Delivery, responsible for the service and operations departments and the company’s ~200.000 managed cars.
